Instructions: To return an order or
product you must first email us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). After
you receive the RMA you must have your return postmarked or dated by the carrier
of your choice no later than ten (10) days after the original delivery
confirmation date posted by USPS to receive the Guarantee as stated above.
The RMA number must be marked in bold letters on the outside of the return
package (Example: RMA001). The product should be packaged for return in a similar manner in which
it was originally received by you to prevent damage. Aroma-Pure accepts no
responsibility for lost or damaged return packages. You will receive a full refund of the
purchase price minus shipping and handling if the product was not defective but
you were not happy in some way with it. If the product is defective, we
will refund 100% of your purchase including S&H upon our determination that the
product was truly defective. Unopened and unused product will be subject
to a 30% restocking fee. A 70% refund will be issued minus S&H for
unopened/unused product returns. These kind of returns (Unused or
unopened) are not subject to the 10 day return period, but if returned within 10
days, the 30% restock fee still applies. Just a note: We have a .001%
return rate on our products, so enjoy!!
