Description: Black Spruce is a naturally growing tree in Canada. It is typically found in wet,
swampy areas where the wild growing trees can grow up to 15 meters in height. Color: Colorless to Pale

frequently used in room sprays, detergents, and in cough and cold

Rosemary. Aromatic Scent: Spruce Black essential oil is one of Canada’s best kept secrets. It is sweeter,
and softer than most evergreen oils with a balsamic, resinous odor with green woody notes. Overall, the scent

Black Spruce Needle Essential oil has a long history of use in
saunas, steam baths, and as an additive to baths and massage products in spas. A particular strength of this
essential oil is it’s ability to target sore muscles and reenergize. Cautions: Black Spruce essential oil should be
applied to the skin only in dilution as it has the potential to be a possible skin

After I'm done washing, I turn off the
water and put seven to 10 drops of black spruce oil on my hands. Black spruce oil is anti-bacterial and
anti-infectious, and it supports the adrenal glands, which suffer when we get tired from the winter weather and
lack of light. I spread the oil all over my skin from head to toe--except the mucous membranes. I always make sure
to rub the oil on my abdomen, since there's a lot of lymphatic tissue in that area. Then I do 30 seconds of deep
breathing and rinse off with cool water. When people follow this regimen every morning in the winter, it's
